On July 14th, 2021 the frevvo Cloud began experiencing task notification errors and possibly other email (e.g. document action emails) starting at approximately 6:00 PM EDT.
Our engineers investigated this issue and resolved it as of July 15, 2021 at 8:10 AM EDT. All email notifications are now sending successfully.
Customers may notice that task notification, document action, or activity document action emails did not send during the period from July 14, 2021 at 6 pm EDT - July 15, 2021 at 8:10 AM EDT. Please take the following actions:
If you notice missing task notification emails, the workflow administrator should reassign the task to the same person to re-trigger the notification.
If you see an error in your submission repository or notice that a document action email was not sent, the workflow admin (or a user with Edit Submission access control) should resubmit the submission to re-send the document action email.
If you notice that an activity doc action (email between workflow steps) was not sent, the workflow admin must reset to the step just before the activity doc action email. This step will need to be completed and submitted again in order to trigger the activity doc action email.
