On April 3, 2021 users logging into the frevvo Cloud may have experienced a 504 Gateway Timeout error, or the message "Oops. Something has gone wrong. Please try the action again or contact support if you continue to have problems."
Resolution:
As of 7:00 PM on April 3, 2021, all frevvo services were restored. Our infrastructure team is investigating the cause of the issue (TIP-29714).
Conclusion:
Cloud customers do not need to take any action, and the frevvo team is actively investigating this issue to prevent further service interruptions.
