On February 18, 2021 at 2:45 PM (EST) the frevvo Cloud experienced a service interruption lasting approximately 14 minutes.
Resolution:
Our infrastructure team restarted frevvo and all frevvo services were restored.
Conclusion:
Our developers will continue to investigate the cause of the issue. Cloud customers do not need to take any action.
