On Sunday January 7th 6:15 AM ET the Live Forms Online Cloud server 7.4 upgrade triggered spurious Insight Server (Solr) warnings and errors.
Resolution:
This issue was minor and did not cause any data loss. All submissions were safely persisted and all Doc Actions were executed.
You may have noticed one or more of these issues:
- Tenant admins and Flow admins received emails with messages like:
"Could not send submission for <Yourform/flow name> to insight server. httpSolrClient.RemoteSolrException etc..." - The Submissions UI view (not legacy) shows one or more of your submissions error flagged with the description:
"Could not send submissions for <Your form/flow name> - No Mem to insight server."
Conclusion:
The issue was corrected by approximately 11:42 PM ET Sunday January 7th. You may continue to see the insight server error flag in the Submissions UI view. These errors can safely be ignored.
