On Wednesday January 3rd, Live Forms Online Cloud experienced a service interruption between 5:11 AM EST to 7:45 AM EST. All services resumed normal operation at 7:46 AM EST.
Resolution:
Our infrastructure team reported a hardware failure on our AWS load balancer software server at 5:11 AM EST. The failure impacted both app.frevvo.com Live Forms Online and www.frevvo.com. Our infrastructure team launched a new hardware clone to resolve this issue. All services were restored.
Conclusion:
The service interruption was not caused by any issues with our Live Forms Online Cloud hosted software. Our Cloud software was running normally but was unreachable. Our infrastructure team is investigating the root cause of the AWS load balancer software server hardware failure.
