Sometimes, when you want to make changes to a production form, you make a copy of that form in the same or different application. If the form with that ID already exists in an application, then frevvo automatically assigns a new ID during form upload or when you make a form copy. After making the required changes, you now want to replace your production form with this copy form that has a different form ID. But the current Upload and Replace function in frevvo does not allow you to replace a form with a different form unless both forms have matching form IDs.
To work around this, you can edit the files in the copy form to manually update its form ID. So download the copy form, extract the form zip file in a temp directory, then replace all the form ID references in that temp directory with the form ID of your production form. Create a zip file of the contents of the temp directory. This new zip file is now a form that has the same ID as your original production form and can be uploaded to replace the production form.
