Due to an issue during the frevvo Cloud patch upgrade on November 8, 2022 at 6:00 AM EST, task notification emails triggered during the upgrade period (between 6:00 AM - 6:45 AM EST) may have failed to send. The issue has been resolved and task notifications will send successfully for tasks created after 6:45 AM EST.
The affected tasks are still appropriately assigned and available to logged-in users via the Task List. For tasks assigned to emails or customers who do not utilize the task list, we recommend reassigning the task to the current assignee in order to re-trigger the task notification email.
